| Summary: | The paper focuses on the construction of the image of the female architect in the Czechoslovak official discourse of the 1950s and 1960s. The topic reflects the efforts to transform gender culture in the emerging period of state socialism in the 1950s and their modifications in the following decade due to the gradual stabilization of the system.
