Summary:Based on the research experiences developed in the interventions carried out in Santiago de Cuba from 2020 to 2023 on the adolescents’ sexual and reproductive health in Basic Secondary Education, the systematization and configuration of the sexual and reproductive health in adolescence promotion emerges in the theoretical educational model of the educational guidance of adolescents’ sexual and reproductive health in Basic Secondary Education in the school-family-community link. The objective of this article is to analyze how the systematization of sexual and reproductive health in adolescence articulates the theoretical model and links the dimensions of said model moving to a higher level of theorization. To do so, the qualitative methodology was used, with the historical-logical, analytical-synthetic and hermeneutic-dialectical methods, and the Homero Fuentes and followers’ holistic Configurational theory. As a result of the modeling carried out, an explanation was obtained for the sexual and reproductive health in adolescence promotion systematization, in the school-family-community link, which includes the evidence and research developed on sexual and reproductive health in adolescence, which account, from a scientific perspective, for the regularities and dialectical relationships that promote professional practice in the dynamics of educational guidance for the promotion of sexual and reproductive health.
