Description
Summary:With the applications of synergetic treatment technology for flue gas pollutants increasingly popular in coal-fired power plants, the adverse effects among individual equipment in the synergetic treatment process are becoming more prominent such that the decline of equipment capacity or incremental emission of pollutants are also observed. In this paper, such negative synergy effects are analyzed, and a 350 MW coal-fired power unit is studied by means of performance testing, laboratory testing, operation diagnosis and other methods. The results show that there exists serial negative synergy effects, that is, the negative synergy effects of upstream equipment continuously encroach on the pollutants treatment capability of themselves or downstream equipment, which eventually causes insufficient pollutants treatment capability. At last, suggestions on controlling and elimination of the negative synergy effects are also presented.
