| Summary: | This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with chronic heart failure of yang deficiency and water accumulation treated with ginger-partitioned moxibustion combined with acupoint application umbilical therapy. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory of Nourishing Yang in Spring and Summer, the ginger-partitioned moxibustion combined with acupoint application umbilical therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing intervention on medication, dietary and emotion were carried out to relieve the concomitant symptoms of chronic heart failure, improve the exercise tolerance and quality of life. (本文总结1例阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者应用“春夏养阳”理论行隔姜灸联合穴位贴敷脐疗的护理经验。基于“春夏养阳”理论, 实施隔姜灸联合穴位贴敷脐疗中医特色技术, 并配合常规生活起居、用药、饮食、情志等护理措施, 有效缓解患者伴随症状, 提高了运动耐量, 改善了生活质量。) |
