Many governments, such as Iran, have a department that deals with housing. Lack of affordable housing is one of the most critical issues which rural communities face in the world. The data were collected by applying a questionnaire. There are two populations, 400 people in each one, including a group of people getting a loan and a group which does not get loan. Besides, the sampling method is systematic random sampling. The reliability and validity of the research is achieved by Cronbach alpha and K.M.O and Bartlet Test.
The present study aims at identifying the effective components of rural housing improvement in Kermanshah city. The findings reveal that the improvement of housing project is essential, although there are some problems like bank guarantee, considered as the most important one, and cost margin. It turns out that the inflation rate affects the people leading to some problems for loan reimbursement. It is believed that government institute is not trustworthy enough for housing improvement. Therefore, it is expected to increase the loan. In other words, the more inflation rate, the more loan. It is concluded that 2013 is considered as the most difficult time for having a loan while 2005 was the easiest time for that. |
