description This research aims to determine the productivity kampung chickens given dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus) peel juice in drinking water. The study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 3 treatments and 6 replications, each replication consisting of 10 kampung chickens. The treatments given were drinking water without fermented dragon fruit peel juice (P0), drinking water containing 4% fermented dragon fruit peel (P1), and drinking water containing 6% fermented dragon fruit peel (P2). The variables observed were initial body weight, final body weight, weight gain, ration consumption, drinking water consumption, feed conversion ratio, and carcass yield. The results showed that increased body weight, weight gain, carcass weight, breast percentage and decreased feed conversion ratio were significantly different (P<0.05). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that given fermented dragon fruit peel juice in drinking water levels of 4% and 6% can increase body weight, body weight gain, carcass weight, breast percentage and decrease feed conversion ratio of male kampung chickens aged 6 - 11 weeks.
