Summary:Abstract: The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the modeling technique of group counseling to increase the self-efficacy of vocational students. The research method used in this research is quasi-experimental. The research design used in this study is the equivalent time-series design. The research subjects were students who had low self-efficacy, totaling five people. The data collection technique used is a self-efficacy questionnaire. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be seen that there are differences in pre-test and post-test scores at three stages of counseling implementation. The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed significant results in the first, second, and third stages. The conclusion of this research is an effective modeling technique to increase students' self-efficacy. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji keefektifan konseling kelompok teknik modeling untuk meningkatkan self efficacy peserta didik SMK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuasi eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah equivalent time series design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa yang memiliki self efficacy rendah yang berjumlah 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket self efficacy. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan skor pre-test dan post-test pada 3 tahap pelaksanaan konseling. Hasil analisis data dengan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan signifikan pada tahap pertama, tahap kedua, dan tahap ketiga. Simpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah teknik modeling efektif untuk meningkatkan self efficacy siswa.
