Also, the article aims to point out those situations in which guilt is retained in accordance with the laws in force. The present endeavour also aims to emphasize and explain a current issue, considering the evolution of the Romanian health system and the discrepancy between the private health system and the public health system in which the doctor-patient relationship is in a permanent transformation with many valences. |
