| description | The article discusses the need for codification of rules on administrative responsibility for violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation on education, since these rules are contained in the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses in different chapters of the Special Part. The author also conducts a comparative analysis of administrative legislation on responsibility in the field of education in the countries of the former USSR - the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Moldova. On the basis of the results obtained, it is concluded that it is necessary to systematize and single out an independent chapter in the current Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation on responsibility in the field of education. Allocation of an independent chapter, according to the author, will contribute to the improvement of the institution of responsibility in the field of education, the implementation and protection of the constitutional rights of citizens in this area |
