| Summary: | The right sinus of Valsalva giving rise to all coronary arteries is a rare anomaly. Coronary artery anomalies incidence ranges from 1% to 6%. Most of these anomalies have benign course but some can have fatal outcomes such as myocardial ischemia and sudden cardiac death. The presentation depends upon the course of the anomalous artery. These anomalies pose a serious challenge in managing such patients and can have fatal outcomes. In this case report, we discuss a case of coronary artery anomaly presenting as an acute coronary syndrome and the challenges associated with its management. |
