Therefore, the stakeholders involved, supported by concepts addressed by the scientific method, interact to address needs and problems through macro-projects as a planning and organizational strategy. Researchers coordinate their work, based on their areas of intervention, to share synergies and results that constitute the resolution of paradigms. Francisco de Paula Santander Ocaña University (UFPSO), in its institutional work, bases the teaching-learning process on the development of academia, outreach, and research, fulfilling its mission and guiding all its processes toward academic excellence. UFPSO's educational project responds to institutional needs, the needs of its environment, and the demands of the Ministry of National Education. It centers its processes on six strategic axes that enable the institutional framework to achieve specific goals and objectives that contribute to the development of the Alma Mater's academic programs. The "Social Constructivist" pedagogical model guides the academic community by basing learning on doing, contributing experiences to cognitive development, and allowing students to construct their own learning, understood as the set of cross-cutting aspects that give coherence to the curricular process. From this perspective, a macro-project was methodologically designed using a descriptive methodology, allowing for the analysis of strategies for strengthening the academic processes of the UFPSO Accounting Program.
