In addition, evidence has shown the impact on Nations' workforce, healthcare, and educational system. Other challenges of ageing in Nigeria are ageism, multi-morbidities, changing family dynamics, human rights policy issue and lack of an age-friendly environment. This paper aims to review these challenges witch are diverse and inexhaustible hence, a multipronged approach must be employed to address them.
