Description
Summary:In this essay, the author, using the methods of historical and philosophical hermeneutics, shares his thoughts on the issue of interpretations of the “New World Order” (NWO) phenomenon that arise when international actors try to implement plans to reorganize the established course of life of the world community. The study begins with the deconstruction of the term NWO, with an emphasis on the variability of its understanding as well as on its ability to transform its meaning subject to the conditions of the act of communication. The article examines various historical interpretations of the NWO projects in modern and current history. It analyzes the meanings and understanding of specific NWO projects that originated or emanated from the leaders of Great Britain, the USA and the USSR. Considerable attention is paid to the connection of the meanings and texts of the NWO with the interests of modern Russia and African countries.
