| Summary: | The article presents a practical solution for a galvanic isolation circuit designed to ensure the interoperability of systems within the fire control radar of the S-200 air defence system. Galvanic isolation safeguards semiconductor systems by mitigating the impact of high-amplitude return signals commonly encountered in controlled tube systems, as well as suppressing electromagnetic interference that may propagate along transmission lines. Based on the assembly measurements, it can be concluded that the amplifier controlling the tube system provides the required signal amplitude level in the frequency range from fractions of Hz to several kHz. Additionally, the amplifier for the semiconductor system, connected via the transmission line, achieves the required offset voltage and signal amplitude levels across a frequency range from several dozen Hz to several hundred kHz. |
