Description
Summary:The concept concerns the field of design and development of technical systems with an increased level of operational adaptability, in particular, the creation of air compression systems to lower its temperature before being supplied to a technological facility using water pressure in the water supply system of this facility. The innovation lies in filling the water storage tank with a water mass that simulates the operation of a liquid piston, with an increase in which air is compressed in the tank while cooling it based on the “adiabatic throttling” effect before being forced into the injection line, while the full working cycle is realized during two alternating cycles of filling the water storage tank due to hydropower with a water mass filling the capacity and electricity consumed by the pump during the period of the operating cycle. The low-temperature air flow is generated by means of a pneumatic accumulator (receiver), which is pre-filled with compressed air during the displacement of air from the working cavity of the water storage tank by a liquid piston, and then the compressed air is forced back into the upper piston space of the water storage tank in the “adiabatic expansion” mode.
