Description
Summary:Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and a high-dosage corticosteroid therapy both are risk factors of tuberculosis development. The clinical case presented demonstrates the difficulties of diagnostics and simultaneous therapy of comorbid diseases, which are followed by a multisystemic tuberculosis on the one hand, and a highly active SLE resulting from tubercular regimen on the other. Our experience shows the importance of antituberculosis drug prescription in accordance with a personal chemotherapy acceptability.
