Summary:The authors analyzed the classical traditional concepts of quality assessment. The expediency of applying non-standard approaches to assessing the quality of training of specialists with higher education is grounded. It is proposed to use more widely innovative technologies that will ensure the improvement of the form and results of training. The authors reveal the features of educational technologies that ensure a high level of quality of learning outcomes. Particular attention is paid to the method of active sociological testing, analysis and control (mastac) as an innovative form of implementing expert evaluation of objects / processes of various nature. The research results obtained by the authors through the use of mastac - technology are presented, which allow to improve the process of lecture sessions, the description of the software product that allows to automate the procedure.
