| description | Considered a clinical case of pulmonary embolism (PE) in 65-year-old patient with frequent exacerbations of COPD. The lack of specific PE changes during X-ray examination of the chest is also difficult to correct diagnosis. The article discusses the problems faced by clinicians in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism on the background of COPD exacerbations. |
