description According to the conclusion from the national standards for gear strength calculation,the pitch error and profile error of the large gear are the two main errors that affect the dynamics of a gear pair.Therefore,the pitch error and profile error are composed to the mesh error.The amplitude of the mesh error is generated using statistical method.The mesh error is brought into the dynamic equations of the gear system.Then the amplitude-frequency response of the system is got,and the results are compared with the system which has not considered the effect of random errors.
