Data analysis proves once again that the only way of organ transplantation development over the country is the creation of regional donor infrastructures whose activities should be aimed at maximizing the donor pool (increasing the number of donor hospitals) and its intensive use (expansion of brain death verification and performance of multiorgan procurement). |
