description Mountain tourism management involves a multifaceted approach that integrates organizational and economic factors to ensure sustainable development and growth. Organizational aspects focus on coordination and cooperation between various stakeholders, including government agencies, private enterprises and local communities. Effective governance structures, clear definition of roles and stakeholder collaboration are essential for resource management, preservation of cultural and environmental integrity and provision of a seamless tourism experience. It also includes training of professional personnel for work in the tourism sector in cooperation with educational institutions. On the economic side, key elements are revenue generation, investment and financing, which are vital for the development and maintenance of infrastructure and services. The sector also plays an important role in job creation and stimulation of the local economy. However, mountain tourism faces unique challenges such as seasonality, economic stability and profitability, which require strategic decisions on pricing and investment. Addressing these challenges requires innovative solutions such as public-private partnerships, community involvement and sustainable tourism models that reconcile economic benefits with environmental conservation. The article highlights the importance of integrating organizational and economic strategies to create a sustainable mountain tourism sector that maximizes benefits for all stakeholders while ensuring long-term sustainability.
