He was diagnosed with Elastosis Perforans Serpiginosa on tissue biopsy and underwent pulse dye laser therapy over four years with excellent results. Conclusions. Our results show that pulse dye laser therapy is a safe and effective treatment for elastosis perforans serpiginosa.
