Description
Summary:More attention is currently being paid to the concept of transparency in medical research. Research quality and transparency can be improved through research registration and public disclosure of the overview and specific information regarding a research program. At present, guidelines can be registered with Practice Guideline REgistration for transPAREncy (PREPARE), and the system review and Meta-analysis registration institutions include Cochrane Library, PROSPERO (International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews), JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute) Library, Campbell, CEE (The Collaboration for Environmental Evidence) and the newly launched INPLASY (Interna-tional Platform of Registered Systematic Review and Meta-analysis Protocols). This paper introduces the basic infor-mation about the above platforms, as well as differences and similarities between those systematic re-view/Meta-analysis platforms in order to provide reference for interested researchers.
