Nano-dipole PV device is also compared to ferroelectric photovoltaic device, piezo-phototronic device, light induced dipole field and so on. The concept of dipole-semiconductor device is proposed which intends to cover the junctional devices and non-junctional devices by a more generalized scope and to provide new thoughts to stimulate innovation in the photovoltaic field.
