Summary:In this article the purpose is to develop the articulation between curatorial discourses and their circulation in Bienalsur: the most innovative contemporary art biennial in the last four years in thirty-two cities in the world at the same time.This biennial proposes the notion of network as a space for review of the power structures that have to do with the global cultural policies prevailing in the art world.Its operational modality pursues the idea of ​​simultaneity that we will understand as a production of synchronous speeches, with a circulation and a reception established from a situated statement -the south- aiming of repositioning Latin American Art.First, the notions of discourse and circulation will be conceptualized from the gaze of authors such as Michel Foucault, Eliseo Verón, Teun Van Dijk and Michel Espagne. In the second part it will be exemplified, with some cases of biennials from the south that have been positioned since the link art and politics, the place of enunciation to which one aspires in Bienalsur and finally the reception of curatorial speeches and practices will be outlined with the intention of producing a strong discourse that sustains a southern political position will be outlined.
