| Summary: | The characteristics of bonding technology and its application status in the four aspects of window glass, body exterior,interior parts and interior floor of rail transit vehicles were introduced. The classification method and characteristics of adhesive bonding grade were discussed. The application methods of adhesive selection and substrate surface treatment were expounded. The aging reasons of adhesive, relevant standard and test methods after bonding in train operation were also introduced, the limitations of the bonding technology were also pointed out. Finally, the application prospect and product development direction of bonding technology in the field of rail transit vehicles were prospected, so as to make the bonding technology better promote the development of rail transit industry. |
