Application of radionuclide imaging in the diagnosis of thoracoabdominal fistula in peritoneal dialysis patients
目的探讨放射性核素显像在诊断腹膜透析患者胸腹瘘中的作用。方法纳入孝感市中心医院2010年至2018年期间收治的腹膜透析合并单侧胸腔积液患者11例,对11例患者腹膜透析液中加入Tc-99m-DTPAsmci,混匀后灌入腹腔,行放射性核素显像。结果 9例患者胸腔内出现异常放射性浓聚,诊断为腹膜透析相关胸腹瘘,2例患者胸腔中未见异常放射性浓聚,故排除胸腹瘘诊断。结论放射性核素显像在诊断腹膜透析患者胸腹瘘中具有较好的作用,可以作为诊断腹膜透析患者胸腹瘘的重要检查方法。...
