Results and conclusion. Preliminary introduction of Cerebrolysin reduces the severity and duration of seizures caused by thiosemicarbazide, increases the survival rate of animals. The test drug has a neuroprotective effect on the cells of the cerebral cortex under conditions of ischemia. |
