With the emergence of theIndustry 4.0 concept, the expectations of the quality of the personnel workingin the IT sector are increasing day by day. This increase in expectations makesit difficult to assess in the recruitment process. This requires an objectiveassessment of many criteria at the same time. In this study, the need of an IT(Information Technologies) personnel of a enterprise operating in the IT sectorwas met with the MultiMoora (Moora plus the full multiplicative form) method,which is one of the multi criteria decision making methods. In the study, thebasic components of the Multimoora method; Moora-Ratio Method, Moora-ReferencePoint Approach and Full Multiplicative Form methods were applied separately andthe most suitable IT personnel was selected by the theory of dominance.
