Recently, the concept of resilience has become very popular in psychological science, which in Russian-language psychology is translated as “zhiznesposobnost” [“viability”] or “ustoichivost” [“stability”]. Despite the fact that this concept has firmly entered the conceptual framework of psychological science, there is still no consensus among researchers on its definition and theoretical load. In the scientific literature, one can find a number of systematizations of research that clarify the variety of interpretations of this phenomenon. At the same time, they do not allow us to see the conceptual unity of sufficiently different ideas about resilience, or they do not include research areas in which the concept of resilience is interpreted specifically. The article suggests the grounds for systematization of ideas about resilience, which make it possible to capture integrative processes and development trends in them. For this purpose, the method of deductive systematization was used, as well as conceptual analysis. The vector of development of modern ideas about resilience in psychology is aimed at moving away from understanding it as a quality and characteristic of personality towards identifying the dynamic, procedural nature of this phenomenon; from the paradigm of one–sided linear influence of the environment on a person — towards an integral “Environment — Person” system; from a one-dimensional understanding of resilience — towards the idea of a complex level and the systemic nature of its structure.
|
