Description
Summary:The aim of this article is to present a new marker of the degree of self-representation unity, developed from the Rorschach test, to assess the strength or fragility of psychotic patients’ narcissistic foundations. The marker exhibited discriminative value when comparing a group of paranoid subjects (n = 25) to two other groups of schizophrenic (n = 26) and paranoid schizophrenic subjects (n = 30). This indicator also appears useful for assessing the positive effects on the narcissistic Ego in psychotherapy.
