| description | In view of the problems of high-cost, high-risk and low efficiency existing in the transportation system of open-pit coal mines, this paper puts forward a platform construction idea of deep integration of information technology and mining technology, and introduces one basic cloud platform, three core technology platforms (operation control platform, operation and maintenance platform, artificial intelligence platform) and one data middle platform, which supports the construction of intelligent mines. An open-pit coal mine unmanned transportation system architecture is presented which composed of four subsystems, the ground monitoring and management system, the autonomous drive system, the communication system and the collaborative operation system. The key innovative technology research involved in the open-pit coal mine unmanned transportation system and its engineering practice application effect in the Xiwan open-pit coal mine are presented. This paper also looks forward the intelligent development and construction of open-pit coal mines. |
