| Summary: | In the article actual problems related to preparation for successful participation of boys and girls of high school age in Olympiads on mathematics. The basic contradiction between the abilities of the individual and common learning technology in the school, shown during the Olympics heuristic or creative level of intellectual activity and predominantly reproductive nature of further training. The authors of the article are the main documents reflecting the state's attitude to the issue of incentives for talented young people. The article reflects the position of the Ministry of education in the region and of administration of the NCFU for the implementation of the objectives of this direction set by the government. Based on a large personal experience, the authors systemize the complex of measures on support of gifted students participating in contests at all its stages. |
