Description
Summary:Implementation of high technologies in modern clinical mediacine has led to a wider use of magnetic resonance imaging aided by contrast media. Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodya namics of contrast media and specific character of their disatribution in tissues are the most important factors to provide qualitative and informative tomographic diagnostics. Many of them have organotropic action and allow us to discover changes and conduct differential diagnostics, as well as to specify dynamics of the disease run.Key words: magnetic resonance imaging, contrast medium, gadolinium, children.
