AN ALTERNATIVE APPROACH TO THE USE OF HEAVY OIL RESIDUE
We consider an alternative approach to the existing oil refining, in which instead of a single priority that emerged in the traditional approach, we consider two: get the light component and a heavy residue used for the production of new construction materials.
