Description
Summary:According to the standard GB/T 21563 2008 ’Railway applications- Rolling stock equipment- Shock and vibration tests’, the responses of the structure under random loading were computed by the finite-element analysis software ANSYS. From the results, the maximum of the 1 2 and 3 Von Mises stress was obtained. Utilizing the S-N curve of the materials, and according to Steinberg’s Gaussian distribution of responses under random loading and Miner’s linear fatigue accumulation rule, the life prediction of the structure under random loading was carried out. The transient dynamics analysis was also performed for shock tests.
