Summary:Physiotherapy for pregnant women is a significant area of modern medicine aimed at maintaining the health of both the mother and the fetus. It is relevant due to its safety and the ability to address a wide range of obstetric and gynecological issues. One of its key advantages is its non-invasive nature, making it an optimal choice for use in pregnant women when pharmacological treatment options are limited. The purpose of this work is to study the features of applying physiotherapeutic procedures during pregnancy, their effectiveness, and their role in improving the health of the mother and fetus. Materials and methods: The authors conducted an analysis of scientific works related to the peculiarities of using physiotherapy during pregnancy, employing sociological methods and content analysis. The results confirmed the effectiveness of physiotherapeutic methods in improving the health of pregnant women, reducing the risk of complications, and enhancing their quality of life. Conclusions: Thus, physiotherapy is an important component of comprehensive medical care during pregnancy, providing pain relief, improving the overall condition of women, and preventing complications.
