The development of skills and abilities in the use of digital devices, communications, software, critical thinking and creative use of information technologies to transform information into knowledge determine a new quality of human capital. Digital competence as a key category of a new quality of human capital determines that a person participates in the process of learning and acquiring knowledge throughout his life. The acquired new competencies and the improved existing competences are needed in order for a person to be adaptable to the constantly changing requirements of in e work and social environment. |
