Summary:Currently, learning a language does not only have to be done in school. Facilities and places are available to support the language learning process which can be accessed directly or virtually. This flexibility enables language centers or institutions to emerge its active role as a center for language learning and services for many users. This study aims to investigate students’ perceptions and attitudes towards language learning and services at a language center. It is a descriptive research which involves the language service users as the respondent of the study. Closed-ended questionnaire about perceptions and attitudes is used to obtain the data. Afterwards, the data are analyzed and interpreted descriptively. Findings are expected to bring beneficial and constructive inputs towards the betterment of language learning and services provided by the language center.
