description Based on the results of static strength analysis, the topology optimization and size optimization of suspended monorail vehicle bogie frame were carried out by combining structural optimization theory with finite element analysis method. The lightweight design of the structure was realized while improving the stress distribution of the frame, and the weight of the frame was reduced by 14.8%. The results of static strength and dynamic characteristics analysis showed that the performance of the optimized frame structure was improved and the optimized structure was reasonable.
