Summary:192 consecutive patients with chronic pancreatitis against the background of chronic opisthorchious invasion were observed from 1970 to 2000 years in the Tomsk region hepatological center (female — 117 (60,9%), male — 75 (39,1%)). 166 (86,5%) patients were treated therapeutically (anti-fermentative, analgesic, anti-spasmodic drugs drugs, and substitution fermentative therapy). 26 of them (13,5%) were incapable of improvement. Preoperative diagnostic is based on detection specific peculiarities of chronic opisthorchiоs pancreatitis on the background of opisthorchiоs invasion. Original classification of the chronic opistorchious pancreatitis was suggested. Specific developed surgical tactic allows distinguishing the best radicalism of operations, to warn appearance of specific complications.
