The questions that are examined in this research are: Is there any reason for the legitimacy of the agreement with the arrogant non-military infidels? And if so, what are its jurisprudential arguments? The result of this research shows that interaction and agreement with arrogant and weak infidels who do not fight with Muslims is permissible by observing principles such as the principle of denying the mustache, and several other principles, especially the three principles of dignity, wisdom and expediency. And Islamic rulers can agree with the arrogant and the non-military oppressed
