Deterioration and Manifestation of Cerebral Fat Embolism Triggered by Bone Reaming During Femur Fracture Surgery: A Case Report
ABSTRACT The role of intramedullary reaming in triggering fat embolism syndrome (FES) remains debated. This case, where FES developed during reaming, provides further evidence supporting reaming as a potential risk factor for FES.
