Through successful recruitment, the organization ensures the selection of suitable applicants, which is paramount for the effectiveness of the enterprise. Successful recruitment will exert a positive effect on the organization as well as motivate the selected applicant to show high performance. How do modern digital technologies apply to the process of recruitment? The purpose of our report is to answer this question.
