It seems that main problems are social attitudes and behaviors towards disabled people that are similar in Turkey and Japan. This essay describes and analyzes education and employment policies for disabled people. All countries have some regulations to promote inclusive policies, but there are still some difficulties in practice. This article tries to develop some solutions in order to prevent social exclusion. |
