On the basis of the general theory of systems obtained generalized model of roads in the form of a set-sti basic principles: structural, performance, reliability and ef-fectively-sti. This hypothesis is used system-wide compliance with the principles and the Half-dressing design of roads and their networks. The conclusion about the possibility of using the obtained models in the design of the road network at different levels of development in response to changing conditions. |
