Among them are as follows: bacterial endotoxins, viruses, host cell proteins, related impurities, aggregates and high molecular weight admixtures etc. This article describes approaches to the downstream process purification of biopharmaceutical proteins. We discuss the main chromatography and non-chromatographical methods. |
