Summary:The article presents the results of the study depending survival of patients with breast cancer (BC) stage IIIb degree from neolymphangiogenesis . The results show that the higher the degree neolymphangiogenesis on the level lymphangion at the drainage area “sentinel“ lymph  node, the  more  pronounced local compensatory and  protective reactions of  the organism affecting the duration of life in breast cancer.
