description In the labour market reality, where migration is becoming increasingly common, new challenges continue to emerge. One of these is the practice of social dialogue. Individuals representing different cultural backgrounds often have varying, and sometimes conflicting, approaches to this issue. Local organizations representing workers frequently lack the tools necessary to effectively integrate migrants into their structures. In order to gain a deeper comprehension of the obstacles encountered in the domain of social dialogue with regard to migration, it is imperative to delineate the principal dimensions that give rise to these challenges.
