| Summary: | ∶Based on the comfort theory, the evaluation index system of the comfort of community elderly service resource allocation is constructed from the four dimensions of physiological, psychological, social, and environmental comfort to assess and spatially analyze the level of community elderly service resource allocation in Hangzhou. Structural equation model was constructed with hardware service facility supply, software service supply, and public participation in senior care service as latent variables to analyze the influencing factors based on more than 1 000 questionnaires. It is found that∶ (1) Physiological comfort is the most important factor influencing the comfort level of community elderly service resource allocation in the core area of Hangzhou main city, followed by psychological and social comfort. (2) The correlation between beyond-level physiological comfort community and beyond-level psychological comfort community is poor. The overall comfort level of elderly service resource allocation in the future community is high, but the performance in psychological and environmental comfort is poor. (3) The influence of the level of software service provision is significant, and public participation in senior care services also plays a certain influential role.∶基于舒适理论，从生理舒适度、心理舒适度、社会舒适度、环境舒适度4个维度构建了社区养老服务资源配置舒适度的评价指标体系，基于1 000余份调查问卷对杭州市社区养老服务资源配置水平进行评估和空间分析。以硬件服务设施供给、软件服务供给、养老服务公众参与等为潜变量构建结构方程模型进行影响因素分析。研究发现∶(1) 生理舒适度是影响杭州市主城核心区社区养老服务资源配置舒适度的首要因素，其次是心理舒适度和社会舒适度；(2) 超越级别的生理舒适度社区与超越级别的心理舒适度社区的关联性较差；未来社区的养老服务资源配置总体舒适度水平较高，但在心理舒适度和环境舒适度方面表现较差；(3) 软件服务供给水平的影响较显著，养老服务公众参与也存在一定的影响。 |
